our service.
Since we started in September 2002 we have received letters,
e-mails, cards, references and answers to parent questionnaires
that we have sent out.
Here are a selection of some of the comments we have received.

This e-mail is from the mother of a
child we had been looking after for around 6 months. It was dated
6th April 2004
Dear Sue & Steve
Thank you so much for the pictures you sent. Father tells me
that you'll send any future ones taken.
I'd just like to thank you so much for all that you do for Tony
and us. I was dreading going back to work and leaving Tony with
anyone but he's so happy with you it's made my life so very much
easier and I never thought I'd find anyone that I trusted
wholeheartedly with him. But you've proved me wrong.
Thanks for all you do for us. Let me know if ever you need any
references.

In response to a questionnaire that
was sent out, here are a couple of additional comments made by
parents.
We feel very lucky to have found such friendly, conscientious
childminders who appear to give our child a loving, friendly and
educational environment. and
I think that both my children are cared for how I would wish
when I am not around. By speaking to Sue & Steve I believe
they are excellent role models and concerned about
childcare/childminder issues.
In response to the question. "What
does your child say to you about their care (i.e. do you feel they
are happy)?"
We had the following answers.
Oliver loves going to Sue & Steves and enjoys their company.
Oliver is able to tell me the things they do and the photos I
receive confirm this. Milly kicks her legs & claps & holds
her arms out for them & this is very positive. and
Always keen to go and chat happily about the events of the day. and
He seems really happy, a big sign is the way he just walks in,
in the morning with no major stress outs.
Recently two of our minded children
have moved house, the following is from a card that was sent to
us.
To Steve & Sue
Thank you very much for looking after John & Louis. You have
been professional, friendly and a little home from home. I am sad
to move away and lose you both. The children will miss you too.
